MY IDEA OF BEAUTY IS
Are natural and effortless one in the same?
No. I think that's a good question. Natural beauty is appreciating the qualities that make you original. That doesn't mean playing them down so it's soft for everyone else. Natural beauty can be overt. It can be sexy. My personal philosophy is if women are in tune with that and stop fussing, then any maintenance becomes a pleasure, and the routine becomes effortless.

Why did you create Brow Down Studio?
What were you doing before?
My vision for the studio was to create an inspirational, warm (but urban) destination for hyper-personalized services for clients who have developed affinities for luxury experiences. The simple idea was to design the business to facilitate approachability and a higher level of frequency in visits. The complexities exist whereas my personal mission is to achieve a standard of excellence for every client who visits the studio. Does that sound too jargon-y? Well, it's true. I want clients to look and feel better than they ever have before. And this is where my background comes in. I spent over 10 years managing some of the world's most recognized skincare and beauty lines before getting my esthetician's license. Through diverse experiences in nearly every one of LA's neighborhoods I cultivated what I believe is a unique approach to beauty and learned more about myself and what makes me happy. I'm happiest when I'm making people look and feel their best with an amazing facial or perfect brows.
